Embodied Consent Fri 11.30am

Taking “the wisdom of the body” from a cute Instagram quote to a real, tangible, life-changing tool.

Ever thought “yes!”—but your body whispered “no”?
Or decided it was a hard no—only to feel your body light up with a clear, resounding yes?

We can talk ourselves into—or out of—just about anything. But too often, we’re reasoning with the well-worn habits of our identity and dominant personality—not the felt experience of our bodies.

Are you aware of when you’re in people-pleaser mode?
Do you know how that actually feels in your body?

What about the moments when you don’t want to inconvenience someone—or fear you might be “too much”?

Maybe you’re the perpetual yes-person. Boundaries? Hard to find. After all, “living on the edge is the best,” right?

Do you recognize the sensations when you're taking on too much responsibility for someone else’s experience?
Or when you’re avoiding full responsibility for your own?

When it comes to consent, ideally we want the whole body in tune with the yes, the no, and all the neuence in between.

Embodied Consent invites you to listen deeply to your body on every level—so you can act from its wisdom. No matter your state. No matter the moment. No matter your social conditioning.

This workshop teaches you how to slow down, cut through the noise, and listen with new depth. You’ll gain the tools to fully embody your radical authenticity—moving it from a concept of the mind into living communion with your body and the world around you.
