FEAST is the only festival in the world that is facilitated exclusively by Certified Sexological Bodyworkers.
We are looking for highly skilled, creative and committed facilitators who want to belong to an enlived erotic community, support a movement of cultural change and co-create a life changing event. If that's you, read the details and submit your application below!
Application Preconditions
You must meet the following conditions before your facilitator application can be accepted.

Hold a Certificate in Sexological Bodywork.

Hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance for your practice or be able to obtain it quickly.

Your Commitment
As a facilitator you need to be able to commit to the following:

Help promote FEAST.

Attend 2 pre-event evening team weaving meetings via Zoom.

Arrive on site by 10.30am on Thursday 29th April 2027.

Be available and in attendance for the entire festival.

Align with, agree to and uphold the FEAST Core Values and Festival Terms and Agreements.

Facilitate in a way that is inclusive of people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, body type and ability.
About the teams we create
FEAST is a central gathering point and pillar of the Somatic Sex Education profession. Each year our team of facilitators is formed by leading Australian and International erotic innovators and educators, whom with we are grateful and inspired to collaborate.
Our annual retreat is becoming more than a stand alone transformational event - it is the backbone of a movement, a FEAST vision of positive cultural change and erotic community building across the world.
Many of our facilitators have supported FEAST more than once or twice, so moving towards the next event we are intending to nurture a deepening closeness in our team and open further exploration, innovation and nourishment between this amazing calibre of erotic education professionals.​
The facilitators we're looking for
As we step into the next chapter of FEAST and towards the 2027 retreat, we are looking for highly skilled facilitators who want to create deeply impactful experiences for the community and contribute to our vision.
Similar to last year there are going to be fewer facilitator places connected to the 2027 retreat as we work to further develop the depth, cohesion and richness the program offers. There is going to be one new "deepening workshop" slot on the 2027 program that offers experienced participants the opportunity to go through a 4 hour process. We are looking for unique, potent and innovative offerings from applicants to fill this space in a way that can engage and meet folks who have spent significant time in erotic group spaces and practice.

Overall facilitators need to be excited to help actively promote and enrol FEAST. Our team are continuing to recruit specialised support, invest time and resource into increasing our reach and growing this community. In collaborating with us on that, you also benefit with new interest in and exposure of your work.
The workshops we want
Creativity, diversity, depth/potency and clarity are driving factors in determining what makes up the FEAST program.
We want our participants to have quality, transformative and empowering experiences in all the workshops they attend. When there is synergy between these elements, new possibilities emerge and there is a natural variety in the offerings that you, as potential facilitators, submit.

As our community grows and many of our participants return we need more workshops that invite folks into deeper places that challenge or expand their erotic landscape. Of course we also still need our foundational offerings for people newer to the sexuality space. Variety in workshop themes and content is important. Please tell us in your application if your workshop targets a particular level of experience.

We encourage and invite you as a facilitator to craft workshops that go deep into one particular area of exploration or growth. We've noticed some workshops try to do too much or spend a lot of time in setup and we have received feedback from participants that it's limited the potency of their experience and left them feeling like there was more right there they could have reached if only allowed the time and space.
Other Details on Applying to Facilitate
The festival program has 3 workshop streams running simultaneously, across 3 separate rooms at the venue.
There is approximately 110 participants at the event plus facilitators, volunteers and team - meaning the ideal attendee split across the 3 spaces will be 25-35 (small space), 30-50 (medium space) and 40-60 (large space).
Plan to work with any group and room sizes because the more flexible you are the easier it will be for us to schedule you into the program. If you have ideal and/or specific requirements please note them in the application form so we can take it into account.

There are a very limited number of facilitator positions on our team and we receive a lot of applications, so if you are applying to co-facilitate with someone, ensure your collaboration brings value to the offerings you propose. In addition to looking at the overall quality of workshops proposed, excellent program curation requires us to consider diversity in facilitator's backgrounds, workshop content and intensity and catering for various participant skill levels.

We appreciate both innovate co-facilitation that enriches the space and facilitators who are confident to stand in their work by themselves. If you need some support in delivering a workshop or a demo buddy for example we can help you get this once the facilitator team is formed rather than applying to co-facilitate with someone.
