Workshops

From Survival to Safety - Reclaiming Pleasure Through Nervous System Regulation

When the nervous system feels unsafe, the body moves into survival - shutting down pleasure, curiosity, and connection. This foundational workshop explores how safety creates the conditions for aliveness and desire to naturally return.
Through breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness practices, you’ll learn how to recognise signs of dysregulation and gently guide your system back to balance. We’ll explore the link between safety, pleasure, and energy - and how regulation is the first step in reclaiming vitality, joy and presence.

Emotional Freedom & Empowerment – Aspecting Practice for Nervous System Liberation

Beyond regulation lies liberation. In this experiential workshop, we explore the Aspecting Practice - a somatic process for emotional freedom and energetic recalibration. Participants learn how to safely meet and integrate not only their own inner parts, but also the energetic imprints of others that remain within their system after past relationships, trauma or unresolved interactions.
Through guided embodiment, breath, and sound, we release stored tension, emotion and energetic charge - creating space for deeper regulation, empowerment, and authentic self-expression. This practice restores the body’s natural flow, sovereignty and vitality, allowing pleasure and aliveness to arise organically.
You’ll leave with tools to continue this work beyond the workshop, integrating emotional mastery and liberation into daily life.
