The Joy of Taking

“Taking” tends to get a bad rap. We often associate it with selfishness or harm, and for good reason, since many of us have experienced having things taken from us without consent.

Because of that, we can end up avoiding anything that feels like “taking,” especially when it comes to pleasure. It can feel risky, or just... not okay. Some of us might not even let ourselves want that kind of experience, let alone act on it.

But what if taking could be something consensual, respectful, and even deeply connecting? What if allowing yourself to receive pleasure in this way could open the door to a new dimension of yourself as an erotic being?

In this workshop you’ll have a chance to explore what this can look like in practice, and in learning how to truly take, you may notice shifts not just in your sex life, but in how you go after what you want more broadly, too.
