Workshops

Psychedelic Sex - Expanded States of Connection

Step beyond the ordinary and explore new possibilities of human connection.
In this guided journey, you’ll enter an expanded state of consciousness (without the use of substances) to awaken your senses, heighten awareness, and open to deeper, more authentic relating.

Through breath, movement, sound, and mindful touch (within your own boundaries), you’ll discover sensuality as energy — a natural expression of aliveness and presence. Together, we’ll create a safe, inclusive space to explore curiosity, connection, and embodied awareness.

Whether you come solo or with a partner, you’ll have the opportunity to:
✨ Access altered states naturally through the body and breath
✨ Deepen trust and authentic connection
✨ Experience pleasure as awareness, not performance

An invitation to expand, feel, and connect — with yourself, your senses, and the shared field between us all.

Vulva Magic

Step into the mystery and magnificence of the vulva — a landscape of pleasure, power and deep connection. For too long, the knowledge and celebration of this sacred part of the body have been hidden or misunderstood.

With loving reverence and playful curiosity, Myola will guide you through an embodied exploration of vulva anatomy, physiology, and arousal. You’ll discover how the vulva moves through the stages of pleasure and how understanding this flow can open pathways to heightened erotic and sensual states.

Learn a variety of strokes and touch styles, and create your own practice model to take these teachings into your body. Through embodiment and awareness techniques, you’ll cultivate confidence, presence, and deep loving respect for this tender terrain — whether you have a vulva or love someone who does.

✨ You’ll explore:
• Building confidence in connection and presence
• Anatomy and arousal of the vulva and pelvis

This learning session includes the option for gentle, hands-on
practice for those who arrive with someone they feel comfortable
exploring with. If you come on your own, you’ll still have meaningful
opportunities to practice — through touch, guided somatic exercises,
observation and reflection — experiential learning for all.

Participation is always by choice, with consent, respect and personal
agency at the centre. You’re welcome to engage at your own pace as you
explore techniques in a space designed to be informative, supportive
and inclusive of all bodies, identities and experience levels.
