How many and what type of workshops/classes have you previously facilitated?

Nikkiema Rai

Dozens (unsure exact number)
I have hosted self pleasure circles both women only and mixed gender. I have ran womens circles, and temple nights. I have also hosted group embodiment workshops, breathwork and meditation workshops. Play and exploration workshops. Shadow work circles including sexual shadow work; as well as extended immersions and practitioner trainings.

What qualities do you bring to your facilitation?

Permission, presence, and compassion are three core pillars I bring to every space I facilitate. I am very grounded, and accepting, and always hold a space of safety and non judgment for people to open into and explore. As a facilitator I prioritise safety (with an awareness of trigger and trauma responses), curiosity, and fun - because I believe these all go hand in hand.

What relevant skills and experience/qualifications do you have in addition to Sexological Bodywork?

Self Pleasure Practitioner, Advanced Leadership Training (self pleasure), Facilitator at INPI, Erotic Mysteries training, Shadow Tantra Practitioner, NLP master certification.

Facilitator Bio

Nikkiema is a Somatic Sexologist who thrives on shadow integration, erotic exploration, and embodied transformation. She guides individuals and groups into the deeper edges of their experience, creating sacred, consent-rooted spaces where curiosity and presence meet. Through her work, people are invited to reconnect with themselves and others, cultivating self-awareness, embodied aliveness, and a fluid understanding of desire, power, and intimacy. Nikkiema blends somatic practices, psychological insight, and the language of the body to illuminate unconscious patterns, helping people step into a fuller, more conscious expression of who they are. She is passionate about designing experiences that honour both vulnerability and strength, where participants can safely explore tension, pleasure, and the subtleties of connection. Her approach invites the playful, the provocative, and the transformative, offering a space where growth is felt as much as understood, and where presence becomes a pathway to profound personal insight and erotic freedom.

Workshop 1 Name:

The Buffet

# of participants:

20-30

Workshop 1 duration:

2 Hour Workshop, Evening Experience

Equipment needed:

Speaker, Mic

Workshop 1's Intention:

Explore their relationship with pleasure, indulgence, and surrender through sensory and erotic play.
Experience the interplay of giving and receiving erotic attention and care utilising food as a medium
Develop heightened body awareness and attunement to new and subtle sensations, textures, and energy.
Engage with archetypes of feeding, being fed, and erotic service as mirrors of inner dynamics and explore relationships between food and sexuality.
Get messy and sexy while having fun

Workshop 1 rough format:

The workshop will begin with an embodied drop in to awaken the senses and journey the concepts of how foot, appetite, and eroticism mix.
(A selection of foods would be provided for people to then choose from and play with and explore, such as custards, creams and sauces, berries, cold (cooked) spaghetti, cake.)
Invite people into pairs or groups to explore their own and each others bodies with a range of textures and tastes, beginning first with subtle acts of feeding each other with different flavours, and working up to utilising the body as a table/buffet to enjoy a meal from.
Participants will be able to choose if their indulgence leans towards sensation or flavour, or a mix of both. Eg. you could create a sensation buffet with cold spaghetti, or coffee grounds, or a taste buffet with syrup and cream and berries.
The ‘buffet’ body explores roles of objectification, use, receiving sensation, providing. The ‘eating’ body explore roles of indulgence, being fed or provided for, using. Both roles could fit into taking/allowing/giving/receiving.

Basic clean up - buckets of tubs of water and cleaning cloths to help take the bulk of any remaining food off bodies. Wipes for more intimate areas. Enough to allow people to leave in relative comfort before deciding how they then want to wash further. Logistics TBC

Workshop 1 program description:

You are not what you eat, you are what you hunger for… A feast for the senses, a playground for pleasure. The Buffet invites you to explore erotic nourishment through food as touch, tease, and ritual. Taste, feel, and play with textures and flavours on your own and others’ skin. How decadent is your desire? How deep can you surrender to every taste? A place to consume, and be consumed; a place for the bitter and the sweet. At The Buffet we let go of polished perception and table manners and dive fully into the delicious mess of desire and sensation, with your body as both the main course and the dessert. Yes, it will be messy, and it may contain nuts…

Workshop 2 Name:

The Erotic Mirror

# of participants:

30

Workshop 2 duration:

2 Hour Workshop

Equipment needed:

Speaker, Mic, Cushions

Workshop 2's Intention:

A co-created mirror of erotic projection. This workshop would be aimed at people who can hold their own consent and self manage triggers
Participants will be invited to:
Explore how desire and perception are shaped through projection and reflection.
Confront the gap between how they see themselves and how they are seen sexually and erotically.
Sit in/hold, and transmute erotic charge without collapsing or performing.
Deepen self-awareness through embodied witnessing and being witnessed.
Develop psychological and somatic resilience in the face of being truly seen in their eroticism.

Workshop 2 rough format:

We begin as a full group, entering the concept of the erotic mirror through movement and theatrical activation awakening the gaze, projection, and reflection. Participants are guided to attune to the sensations of being perceived as sexual and erotic beings. Moving into small triads where one person embodies their erotic reflection through movement and presence and touch, while others act as mirrors (or agitators). Roles have the opportunity to rotate with shifting emphasis on projection, and self-recognition. The workshop closes with a whole-group synthesis ritual to integrate the collective field of erotic reflection.

Workshop 2 program description:

A co-created mirror of erotic projection.
Where do you end and another’s desire begins? In this advanced exploration of sexual perception and projection, you’ll enter a living mirror where touch, movement, and energy reveal what lies beneath your self-image. Every touch becomes a reflection, every breath a response, as the line between observer and observed dissolves. Expect friction, tenderness, and revelation in the erotic terrain of being seen and seeing yourself seeing. Can you hold what others see in you? Can you honestly share what you see in them?
Here, desire reflects back, and no truth hides; only the pulse of how your erotic wants to be met, witnessed, and claimed in you.

Workshop 3 Name:

Archetype Roulette

# of participants:

30

Workshop 3 duration:

2 Hour Workshop

Equipment needed:

Speaker, Mic, Cushions

Workshop 3's Intention:

To explore the psychosexual dynamics that arise when archetypal roles are assigned by chance.
To cultivate awareness of how projection, attraction, and resistance shape erotic connection.
To expand participants’ capacity to stay embodied in discomfort and curiosity.
To experience the erotic as a field of energy and intelligence, rather than personal identity.
To invite play with power, polarity, and perception beyond the comfort of familiar roles.

Workshop 3 rough format:

After a brief discussion on erotic archetypes and common roles and interplays we will have an archetype activation and embodied drop in, before participants draw their archetypal roles at random. This is the ‘roulette’. No changing. Potentially having to explore a role that they are unfamiliar or uncomfortable with.
In small groups of 5–6, they will be invited to create mini scenes where their roles interact, collide, and explore emergent dynamics. Guided somatic and relational prompts will support participants in embodying their archetypes fully, noticing the erotic, psychological, and relational edges that arise.
The workshop concludes with a collective integration circle to ground the experience and harvest insight.
It would be aimed at people who are willing to hold the discomfort and edges of exploring roles and dynamics that may be triggering and unfamiliar.

Workshop 3 program description:

Archetype Roulette: A psychosexual experiment where chance reveals the erotic role you didn’t know you needed.
In this advanced workshop, participants draw archetypal roles at random and enter small groups to co-create mini scenes where these energies interact with, collide against, and seduce each other. You’ll explore erotic tension, discomfort, and revelation as you inhabit unfamiliar roles, navigate emergent dynamics, and confront power, desire, projection, and shadow impulses. This session invites you to step fully into the archetypal field, surrendering control to discover what is possible at the edges of psyche, body, and erotic expression.

Are you happy to facilitate support pods?

Fuck yes!

Are you interested in contributing to/facilitating at pre-retreat events

yes

Is there anything else that you would like us to know as organisers?

I am flexible in meeting what the program and the festival needs. While all the options I have submitted are new, I can if needed re-facilitate previous offerings eg somatic activation or facial alchemy workshops again or a morning kundalini meditation too.
