We are innately built for connection…
So why does it sometimes feel so hard?

This workshop invites you to explore what gets in the way of the closeness we crave — the moments we hide, run, or unintentionally sabotage our own desires for connection. Together, we’ll dive into what happens when communication falters and how to meet those moments with awareness, courage, and compassion.

Learn how to recognise your edges — where you end and another begins — and discover the magic that unfolds when two (or more) people meet in authenticity. Through guided practices and experiential exercises, you’ll explore when to lean in, when to give space, and how to stay connected even when things feel tender or tricky.

This is a practical and experiential session designed to bring insight, embodiment, and a few “aha” moments around how you relate, communicate, and connect — with yourself and others.

All are welcome — singles, couples, poly, and curious hearts.
