Facilitator Bio
Kelly Veronica is a massage therapist, bodyworker, and facilitator with over 28 years of hands-on experience and more than a decade teaching massage therapy. Her work lives in the space where anatomy meets intuition, where presence and touch weave together to create healing that is physical, emotional, and deeply human.
Kelly began her career in massage early in life, and over time her work has expanded to include bodywork education, somatic sexology, scar and pelvic care, and women’s wellness. She is co-founder of the Sully & Sage Wellness Collective, a multi-modality clinic on the Redcliffe Peninsula, where she works alongside her sister and a team of passionate practitioners.
Through her long career, Kelly has seen the same theme surface again and again: we live in bodies that are hungry to be listened to, not fixed. Whether through massage, pelvic mapping, or teaching, her passion is to help people reconnect with their own bodies as sources of wisdom, healing, and flow.
Workshop 1 Name:
The Art Of Intuitive Touch
# of participants:
30
Workshop 1 duration:
90 Minute Workshop
Equipment needed:
Cushions
Workshop 1's Intention:
The heart of this workshop is to guide participants into a new relationship with touch — one where hands become tools of presence, not pressure.
Rather than focusing on “doing” or “fixing,” the intention is to cultivate listening hands: hands that notice, respond, and hold space. By grounding the nervous system and learning to sense subtle cues in another’s body, participants discover how touch can communicate safety, compassion, and connection without words
Workshop 1 rough format:
I used chat GPT for this one, hope that's ok Opening the Space
Begin with a gentle welcome circle — participants arrive, settle, and feel included.
Set clear intentions: this is about presence, connection, and safe exploration of touch.
Acknowledge inclusivity: all bodies, all identities, no prior experience needed.
Short grounding or breath practice to bring everyone into their bodies before beginning.
Guided Exploration
Nervous system reset: simple breathwork or body scan so participants experience dropping into calm.
Demonstration: show what “distracted” vs “present” touch feels like (one hand heavy, unfocused vs one hand light, intentional).
Paired Practices: people partner up, placing hands on shoulders, arms, or back, practicing:
Touch as presence (not pressure)
Listening for subtle changes in tension
Offering feedback and reflection with their partner
Engagement + Integration
After each practice, pause for short reflections: what did you notice? how did your body respond?
Encourage group sharing (in pairs or whole circle) so everyone hears diverse experiences.
Keep it interactive — cycles of practice + reflect + share.
Deepening the Experience
Layer in practices: starting simple (hands resting), then adding awareness (breath + presence), then subtle guidance (encouraging release with breath or intention).
Emphasize non-doing: letting the body respond naturally, not trying to “fix.”
Closing + Takeaways
Gather back into a circle for final reflections.
Highlight the key lessons: presence, listening, nervous system calm, intuitive awareness.
Offer simple tools they can take home (e.g., one-minute reset, touch practices with family or friends).
Close with gratitude and a short grounding ritual to leave participants settled.
✨ Tone of delivery:
Gentle, inclusive, safe.
Focus on experiential learning: people feel the difference, not just hear about it.
Keep activities accessible, adaptable, and non-technical — this isn’t about being a massage expert, it’s about reconnecting with the power of touch.

Raw & Grounded
# of participants:
20
Workshop 2 duration:
2 Hour Workshop
Equipment needed:
Cushions
Workshop 2's Intention:
Benefits
Release physical and emotional tension in simple, accessible ways.
Reset the nervous system for more calm, clarity, and flow.
Reconnect with the body through raw, natural, and sensory-rich practices.
What They’ll Learn
How natural self-care rituals (like breathwork, self-massage, and scrubs) support physical and energetic wellbeing.
Why messy, imperfect practices are often more sustainable and effective than polished routines.
How scars, tension, and stress can hold stories in the body — and ways to gently release them.
What They’ll Experience
Grounding breathwork and movement to clear stagnant energy.
Guided self-massage for common tension areas (jaw, shoulders, belly).
Hands-on creation of their own natural body scrub (salts, oils, botanicals).
A slow, meditative “scrub ritual” to release the day and reset the body’s energy.
Closing circle with reflection and simple mantras for self-compassion.
How to make a natural, plant-based body scrub using simple raw ingredients.
Ways to anchor intention into self-care so it becomes both practical and sacred.
Experience the power of ritual to let go of what no longer serves.
Take home practical tools for everyday self-care that feel nourishing and doable.
Workshop 2 rough format:
This workshop will be delivered as a safe, immersive, and hands-on experience that blends gentle education with embodied practice. Participants will be guided through grounding breathwork, self-massage, and a short guided chest and breast massage, using oils, bringing calm and feeling connect and aware of our body.
We’ll then move into the creative, playful process of making a natural body scrub from raw ingredients, followed by a slow, meditative ritual of using it to release the day and restore balance, we will not use the scrubs during the workshop, they will be to take home, however I will guide them through a fun practice I use at the end of the day,
The tone will be raw, inclusive, and human — inviting participants to embrace imperfection, notice how their bodies respond, and explore the sacredness in everyday practices.
A key learning is that these rituals may change or come and go over time, but the act of returning to them regularly helps us stay connected to our authentic selves. When we reconnect with our own body, relationships with family and friends flow with more ease, and our ability to understand and honour our boundaries deepens.
Each participant will leave with their handmade scrub, a new sense of curiosity about body-based practices, and a toolkit of messy, natural, sacred rituals they can carry into daily life.
we will finish with a sharing circle where I will encourage people to share there messy self care rituals
Workshop 2 program description:
Messy, Natural, Sacred: Self-Care That Works
Self-care is one of those phrases that gets tossed around a lot, yet so often the practices we’re shown feel unattainable, polished, or disconnected from real life. In truth, self-care doesn’t have to be pretty, perfect, or picture-worthy to be powerful. Sometimes the most transformative rituals are the messy, earthy, and natural ones — the ones that invite us back into our bodies, closer to nature, and into a more honest relationship with ourselves.
This two-hour workshop is an invitation to explore the raw, sacred side of self-care. Together, we will slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the body through simple but powerful practices that nourish the nervous system, release tension, and open up our energy centres.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with grounding practices to help you land in your body. Breathwork and gentle movement will create space to release the day’s tension and arrive fully into the present moment. From here, I will guide y

The Rest Nest — Session Flow
1. Arrival & Welcome (5–10 mins)
Intention: Create a sense of safety, ease, and warmth.
Welcome everyone into The Rest Nest — a slow, nurturing space to unwind before sleep.
Invite them to find a comfortable spot within the group — lying down, sitting, or leaning into the space however feels natural.
Introduce yourself and share the simple purpose:
“This is a space to soften — to reconnect through gentle, consensual touch, warmth, and rest. You don’t need to do anything or be anyone. Just breathe.”
Explain the boundaries and consent with clarity and care:
“All touch tonight is by choice. You can ask for what you need — a hand to hold, a back scratch, a simple presence beside you — or simply rest and receive. Everything is welcome, and nothing is expected.”
Invite everyone to take three slow breaths together to settle the room.
2. Grounding & Breath Connection (5 mins)
Intention: Anchor the body and regulate the nervous system.
Guide a short breath awareness practice,
3. Cuddle Puddle Experience (25–30 mins)
Intention: Soothe the body and awaken safe connection through presence and touch.
Invite participants to gently lean, rest, or intertwine into a shared “nest.” Encourage natural positioning that feels safe and supportive.
Guide them to begin with slow, mindful touch — perhaps light back strokes, hand-holds, or gentle circles on the shoulders or scalp.
Remind them to stay attuned:
“Let your breath guide your movement. Check in with the rhythm of the group. Offer touch that feels calm, slow, and safe. If you’d like to receive, simply relax — the space will hold you.”
Encourage minimal talking — letting the language of breath, weight, and warmth guide the experience.
The space may move between soft stillness and subtle movement — allow it to flow organically.
4. Integration & Descent into Rest (10 mins)
Intention: Close with deep surrender — an invitation to drift.
Slowly begin guiding the space into quiet.
Speak softly:
“Let your body rest. Feel the warmth around you — this gentle web of care. You are safe to let go.
Breathe into your heart, into your belly.
Allow the edges of thought to fade… and let the dreams begin to find you.”
Let the music or ambient sound carry them.
bring them back gently
