Facilitator Bio

I’m a wildly perimenopausal Eco-Sexual Pleasure Activist, Ceremonialist, Sex Bodder & Scar Remediation, Pelvic Care Specialist (STREAM). A constant theme in my personal & professional life has been to unearth & honour the wisdom held within the body. I love working with scars, both seen (physical) & unseen (emotional). In my “hands-on & in” practice I tend to attract clients who have had some kind of trauma, pain, numbness or disconnection & are reclaiming pleasure. To say I’m obsessed with smooth muscle is an understatement & I feel deeply privileged to be doing this work. I’m endlessly inspired by the courageous human heart & our capacity to let go & find new ways to express ourselves. I also have a passion for working in groups & have facilitated rituals & offered workshops for over 25 years. These days I love my work as a Sex Educator & currently offer in person workshops on Eco-sexuality, Anal Health & Pleasure, Breast Care & Genital Anatomy & Pleasure. I’ve been teaching weekly online Erotic Embodiment Classes for both the 4 Erotic Explorers and ISS for nearly 4 years. Somatic Practice is my jam.

Workshop 1 Name:

Cosmosis: You are the Universe Playing with Itself

# of participants:

Any

Workshop 1 duration:

2 Hour Workshop

Equipment needed:

Speakers, yoga mats, cushions, blankets (if it’s night and cold) or participants can bring their own.

Workshop 1's Intention:

This is an offering with Sam Beer, we would co-facilitate and collaborated on its design. It could work well as an Evening experience or a two hour day workshop

We will offer practices that connect participants to a sense of cosmic pleasure through explorations of ecstatic expansion and close attending to the subtle singularities embedded in all sensory experience.
We will devote our practice to celebrating the exquisite nature of aliveness, as beings made of eternal star stuff.
Our intentions are
* For participants to come away with a felt sense of the essential nature of all things: love.
* For participants to feel atomised and infinitesimally alive.
* For participants to reorientate senses to cosmic bliss.
* For participants to celebrate their eroticism as an expression of universal creative energy.
* For participants to have an experience of being deeply connected as they play as separate beings.

Workshop 1 rough format:

We will use the ESA(R) model to invite participants into connection with cosmosis.
ENGAGE

WITH SELF
Experiencing expansion and contraction in your body
* With breath
* With heart
* With cells, densities inside the body
* Spaciousness inside

WITH COSMOS
* Feel for edges in own body expanding outwards
* Light/love frequencies
* Stars

WITH OTHERS
Yedidya question
“What’s your most beneficial belief?”

STUDY
* Feeling for erotic energy as the fundamental force of creation, how the Universe Creates itself.
* How might we connect to this in our own erotic practice?
* How can we invite the movement of the universe into our present moment embodied experience?
* How can we invite the sound of the universe into our present moment embodied experience?
* How do we breathe the universe through us?
* How might we maintain connection to cosmosis while present to subtle sensation in our bodies?

Another question in small groups:
“What felt like a cosmic opening?”

ACTIVATION
Building the Multiverse
How?
* Inviting participants into an atomic state, setting up a solid liquid gas exploration.
* Everyone is an atom.
* Participants are offered a system signalling what state they are open to moving into and whether they are open to a touch engagement.
* Solids are open to physically connecting with others - cuddle puddle, other body contact. Movement is slow/ still.
* Liquid atoms may have transient contact here is contact, but it’s moving.
* Gas is an excited fast moving state, but no contact with other atoms.
* Possibility of entraining to the frequency of another near or far

REFLECT
Solo installation followed by group reflection

Workshop 1 program description:

Come along with Sam Beer and Kaggi Valentine (of the 4 Erotic Explorers) to explore the PleasureVerse. Here you will know yourself as infinite love incarnated into a finite sensual body made of star stuff.

The Universe calls us to open to love, to surrender to love, to seek & give love. Each of us is imbued with extraordinary capacity for feeling, for expanding & contracting, for being in separateness & union. We are how the universe plays with itself.

This workshop offers an embodied exploration of metaphysical & existential questions. It offers a devotional space for celebrating cosmic connection.

Cultivate your erotic energy, the fundamental creative force of the universe, connect to pleasure & curiosity as your cosmic compass & be in cosmosis.

Set up own space with gloves, oil/lube if participant chooses to be naked from waist down.

* Popcorning into the space any of those words.
* Installing rest

Reflections in small group and with collective

Workshop 2 program description:

Where Mapping meets Masturbation: Explore sensation in your genitals & expand your self pleasure practice.

Mapping is a primary tool of Sexological Bodywork. We map to learn more about our anatomy, to increase sensitivity & pleasure & to learn something new about our bodies. Self mapping both sensitises one’s hands & genitals to increase our capacity for pleasure & expand our masturbation repertoire. In this workshop Kaggi will guide a practice that allows you to get intimate with your own genitals & explore sensation & self pleasure in a sex positive community & go home with some new ideas on how you might like to play with yourself. Nudity is welcomed & encouraged though not essential & you will have the opportunity to explore your own agency by deciding exactly how you wish to participate. We will also play with languaging & share & invent new names for our pleasurable parts. Please bring a towel to lie on & a sarong if you would like to be covered. For all genital configurations

**DELETE**: "After a breast cancer diagnosis & two surgeries in 2024 Kaggi is passionate about Breast & Chest education."

Are you interested in/able to facilitate any other group experiences?

Depending on what workshops and how many you pick. I could easily do a one hour embodied morning practice. I have so many. Probably only want to do this if I'm presenting only one workshop.

EO: Support space / info booth:

I am willing and able to be in the emotional support space. Again depends on what else I am doing, but speak to me if you are interested.

Is there anything else that you would like us to know as organisers?

I'm so grateful for all you do to create this event. I love our community and am keen to be a part of it and support how I can. If you have a gap or need other support please ask. If I can't offer it I can say no! I will be driving up from Wise Women Gathering the weekend before and aim to be in the area by Wednesday.
