How many and what type of workshops/classes have you previously facilitated?

Owl Eye Therapy

I am a therapist and former teacher with many years of experience facilitating groups, training, and individual workshops in education, health care and community services. I have experience facilitating workshops on a broad range of topics such as family violence, vicarious trauma, anxiety, polyvagal theory, sexual education, social skills, creative writing, mindfulness etc.
I am a certified children’s yoga teacher. In 2022 I wrote and facilitated an 8-week yoga program for children 7-12.
In 2022 I facilitated a workshop about embodied writing and queerness, and read my work in several showcases during the 2022-2023 festivals. I also regularly read my work at open mic nights in Victoria.
As a sexological bodyworker I have facilitated 5 workshops, two at FEAST 2025, two queer focussed erotic temple spaces, and one cuddle gathering.
Since March 2025 I haver been co-facilitating/co-creating a monthly queer circle with a close friend. The circle is a sacred, inclusive space heavily focused on ritual, creativity and reciprocal care. This is something we do to build community and nourish ourselves and we don't charge folks to participate. The themes of our offerings are usually focussed on the seasons and the pagan wheel of the year and include music, art making, sharing in circle, authentic movement and green witch practices.

What qualities do you bring to your facilitation?

Humour, curiosity, joy, energy and authenticity.

What relevant skills and experience/qualifications do you have in addition to Sexological Bodywork?

Undergraduate and post graduate degrees in education and counselling, more than 10 years experience as a therapeutic professional, training in Reiki (level 3), restorative yoga and children's yoga, extensive professional development in working with complex trauma.

Workshop 1 Name:

Resonance - A Morning Practice. Co-created and Co-facilitated with Lorraine

# of participants:

20

Workshop 1 duration:

1 Hour Morning Practice/Offering, 2 Hour Workshop

Equipment needed:

Speaker, Mic

Workshop 1's Intention:

By giving themselves the gift of time and space to explore through sound, breath, touch and movement, participants will enter the day with intention, fully grounded, present, in their bodies, erotically charged and at one with their surroundings. This could be a perfect offering on the morning of the first full day of the festival.

Workshop 1 rough format:

This offering will have guided and non-guided sections to provide participants the freedom to explore their relationship to sound, their bodies and the natural world with a balance of structure and curiosity. Ritual is embedded in each phase of this offering, encouraging sacred reverence in each step. We will utilise the elements and the seasons as a framework that guides the narrative behind this practice.

We will begin inside the space with a guided process designed to gently awaken participants from sleep. Accompanied by crystal singing bowls and other percussive instruments participants will come out of the dream space, the womb of winter, through the ethereal element of air. Slow gentle self-pleasure and cuddling will be encouraged.

We will then arise from our slumber to welcome in the renewal and rebirth of spring and the element of fire. We will dance and move, stomp and jump, with delicious anticipation for the outside world. Like a seed bursting forth from it’s seed coat, its body warmed by the fire of the sun.

Finally, the time comes to move outside and enjoy the abundance of summer and the element of earth. We will play and explore with childlike curiosity. We will get filthy together with mud/clay and create an eco-mandala of living things.

As the journey moves towards completion we will explore through the season of autumn and the element of water. As a group we will move down towards the river to be licked and tasted. We will allow the water to take what we no longer need, letting go and making space for what is to come.

Silently we will return to the womb for a guided sound practice. To set our intentions for the day, and possibly the days to come.

Workshop 1 program description:

Resonance is an eco-sexual, self-pleasure sound bath facilitated by Lorraine and Joss.
Using the elements and seasons as a guide, we, the slutty forest fairies and your humble facilitators will take you on a journey of magic and ritual. As we spin webs of deliciousness in your ears, allow us to gently awaken you from the womb of sleep and wet dreams into the abundance of the day. To deepen your relationship with your body and the earth through, sound, touch and movement. Come and play with us!

Does W1 actively invite nudity?

It's optional but not a central part

Workshop 2 Name:

SPLOSH!

# of participants:

Ideal 10-15

Workshop 2 duration:

90 Minute Workshop

Equipment needed:

Speaker

Workshop 2's Intention:

Participants of SPLOSH! will:
• Learn about Wet and Messy Play (WAM) or “Sploshing” as a concept including how to splosh safely.
• Learn how to mindfully engage with edible materials using all of their senses.
• Engage with edible materials individually, in pairs and in a group.
• Benefit by broadening their experience of the sensual and erotic through play. For example, participants who may have only ever experimented with feeding a lover may discover the joy of solo sploshing as a self-pleasure practice.

Workshop 2 rough format:

ENGAGE
Individual play – Participants will mindfully explore texture, sound, smell, and taste with savory, crunchy snack foods of their choosing.

STUDY
Participants will learn about the Wet and Messy Play (WAM) fetish including:
• Origins
• Health and Safety
• WAM in a dominance/submission dynamic

ACTIVATE
After a demonstration of sensual feeding and teasing with fruit participants will practice in pairs. They will then have a period of non-directive exploration.
Partnered play – In pairs participants will make requests for desired experiences with food and negotiate through embodied consent practices. This may involve feeding, teasing, smearing, and squishing foods such as fruit, cake, chocolate, honey etc.

Group splosh – Optional - Those who wish to participate will engage in a scrumptious, wet, maelstrom of sensory delight. Essentially, we will writhe around on a large tarp covering each other with food including jelly, custard, cream, sauces and condiments.

REFLECT
Participants will take a moment to come into sticky stillness and install their learning experience. Popcorn style reflection after installation.

Workshop 2 program description:

SPLOSH!
Does the grocery store make you wet? Are you curious about what custard feels like running down your thighs? Do you secretly smear cake batter on yourself in the kitchen when no one is watching? Would you like to experience food with your partner but don’t know where to start?
For the seasoned Splosher or those just curious about Wet and Messy Play, SPLOSH! will open your mind to the possibilities that food play can offer.

Are you happy to facilitate support pods?

Fuck yes!

Are you interested in contributing to/facilitating at pre-retreat events

I think this is a wonderful idea for developing community, generating excitement and preparing folks for the experience of the festival. However, I don’t feel I have capacity to participate in pre-retreat events.

Is there anything else that you would like us to know as organisers?

FEAST is an incredibly special experience that absolutely changed my life as a participant. It was a space that healed, inspired, nourished and challenged me to my core. Coming back this year as a facilitator gave me the opportunity to see this impact from the other side and it was pure magic! I would be so honoured to have the opportunity to once again to co-create with all of you, a festival that cracks open the hearts and minds of those that attend.
